1124 ADU & Junior ADU

Two projects were completed on the same property. The owner decided to convert an existing 250 SF single-car garage into an ADU as well as create what’s called a “Junior ADU” from a 500SF portion of the main property.

This effectively transformed a single-family dwelling into a tri-plex.
